Tax Manager

The Tax Manager role will be responsible for ensuring we are compliant across the globe and provide commercially minded advice.

The work will be dynamic and changing as the business continues to grow and you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of the role and make it your own.


  • Manage the outsourced global tax compliance obligations of the group
  • Take a leading role in managing the global annual tax audit
  • Manage the tax governance framework of the group
  • Work with local financial controllers to maintain and develop tax processes and controls
  • Provide informative tax analysis for management information purposes
  • Monitor and enhance transfer pricing and permanent establishment analysis based on building deep understanding of business operations
  • Assist with global tax authority communications, in particular U.K, Singapore, US (including multiple states) India and France
  • Provide tax advice for new investments or trading opportunities covering corporate income tax, withholding & transaction taxes, VAT and similar service taxes, and employment taxes, working extensively with local advisers where appropriate
  • Research specific tax issues and monitoring and testing the outcomes


  • 3-5 years’ experience in international tax with a relevant tax or accounting qualification
  • Knowledge of principles across all tax disciples, e.g., corporate tax, indirect tax, transaction taxes etc.
  • An inquisitive and analytical mind
  • Interest in technology and automation


  • Experience of presenting to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of consistently delivering to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision
  • History of successfully designing and implementing new processes
  • Managing datasets using SQL or similar
