The Distribution and Liquidity Management team at XTX Markets is responsible for growing and optimizing the trading performance of our principal client business across several asset classes including FX, Precious Metals and Equities. The current opening that we have in the team will focus on FX and will comprise primarily Onboarding with an element of DevOps across the AsiaPac region.

The firm trades on its own account and has evolved to develop a global customer franchise with an aim to interact with the Top 250 institutions within the industry, actively providing liquidity directly to clients spanning banks, hedge funds, systematic funds, retail brokers, agency brokers and real money.

We’re a global team that works side-by-side with our quantitative researchers, software developers, and traders to strategically cultivate OTC client revenue streams.


  • Complete Onboarding tasks such as FIX integrations and support Prime Brokerage connections and workflows
  • Support clients connecting to XTX in a technical capacity and with legal and compliance requirements
  • Complete Development integration tasks to code to and conformance test with external vendor/venue FIX API specifications
  • Provide technical support for Asia-Pac client business
  • Understand and customize post-trade clearing workflows for all clients


  • Experience working in a directly relevant role. You may have worked in one of the following capacities:
    • Onboarding experience including FIX connectivity at a Tier 1 firm/bank
    • Experience of Prime Brokerage documentation and workflow processes at a Tier 1 firm/bank
    • Experience in a DevOps role
  • A background in FX strongly preferred
  • Direct relationship management experience, with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Exposure to Python and SQL for data manipulation
  • Some professional experience programming in a type-safe language is helpful, e.g. Java, C# or Go
  • Able to speak regional languages, especially Japanese and Mandarin is strongly preferred
