XTX Markets is a leading quantitative-driven electronic market-maker with an award winning eFX trading platform, single-dealer platform for equities, and client servicing team. We partner with counterparties, exchanges, and e-trading venues globally to provide banks, brokers, real money, and other financial institutions with continuously streaming liquidity across global products.

XTX trades on its own account and has evolved to develop a global customer franchise with an aim to interact with the Top 250 institutions within the industry.

The group is focused on Global Products. Providing liquidity directly to clients spanning banks, hedge funds, systematic funds, retail brokers, real money, and ECNs – with roots in foreign exchange and precious metals, and more recently, equities. This role is based in our New York office.

As a member of the Liquidity and Distribution Team. We’re looking for interested candidates with the ability to:

• Optimize pricing and risk management structures to drive revenue growth.
• Maximise the value of client relationships.
• Understand and communicate XTX’s value proposition.
• Expand existing and new relationships for the firm.
• Develop an understanding and communicate market structure and microstructure with clients, vendors, tech providers and regulators
• Drive forward projects expanding XTX’s universe of product offerings.

• 3+ years’ experience, preferably in an equities-related position. You will also be eager to learn and grow your knowledge of other asset classes.
• Strong technical reasoning skills.
• Track record of client interaction – not necessarily in a Distribution role
• Ability to learn and develop relationships with clients and other market participants.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You continually think about how improvements in technology and processes can achieve better results. You are conscious of the long-term cost of short-term decisions but demonstrate good judgment on when to be pragmatic.
• You adhere to principles that objectively would be considered as moral and of high integrity.
• You are highly self-motivated, driven to excel and a team player. Current and former colleagues consider you exceptionally hard working, meticulously detail oriented, conscientious, proactive and with a strong ability to execute projects.
• Outstanding aptitude evidenced by a track record of resolving problems of both a practical and analytical nature.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.

The base salary range for this role is between $150,000 to 250,000 depending on relevant job-related skills and experience. You will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual performance bonus scheme and will enjoy a comprehensive package of benefits. All bonuses, benefits, and any sign-on payments are in addition to the base salary range stated.
